Oklahoma Public Human Resources Association is the premier public sector organization representing and serving Human Resources and Labor Relations professionals in the State of Oklahoma. Membership is comprised of individuals from state, county, and municipal government, as well as employment law experts. OPHRA is affiliated with the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR). Through this affiliation OPHRA offers its Oklahoma members a unique opportunity to share information and resources, gain technical training and expertise, and access to information regarding state and national legal issues and trends related to Human Resources and Labor Relations management.
